Main24 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the main24 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. main24 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and may request supporting documents for this purpose. Failure to provide truthful information may result in your account being suspended or terminated.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials. You should not share your login details with any other party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the main24 support team immediately through the available channels.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the main24 platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. You agree not to use this platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that may cause harm to others.
The following actions are expressly prohibited on the main24 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Falsifying your identity or impersonating another party.
- Attempting to disrupt or compromise the security of the platform's systems.
- Making transactions using an unauthorised payment method or one that does not belong to you.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through this platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any associated balance, and appropriate legal action.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the main24 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.
Deposits will be credited to the user's account once payment has been confirmed through the designated processing system. Processing times vary depending on the payment method used. main24 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party systems such as banks or payment providers.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the established verification procedures. main24 reserves the right to request additional verification documents to ensure transaction security before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or payment method registered in the same user's name.
Main24 reserves the right to hold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, illegal activity, or a breach of these terms pending the outcome of an investigation.
5. Liability Limitations & Account Policy
Main24 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform at any time. main24 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.
Main24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account for the following reasons without prior notice in urgent cases:
- Breach of these terms and conditions.
- Suspected fraud or illegal activity.
- Failure to verify your identity when requested.
- Accounts that have been inactive beyond the stipulated period.
- Account closure at the user's own request.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, main24 reserves the right to hold or forfeit any remaining balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Where an account is closed at the user's valid request with no breach involved, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and visual elements on the main24 platform are the exclusive property of main24 or parties that have licensed their use to main24. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such elements for commercial purposes without prior written consent from main24.
The main24 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. main24 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Accessing external links is at the user's own risk, and main24 makes no endorsement or verification of any third-party content.
Main24 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon posting on this page unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or the use of the main24 platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation within thirty days before any formal legal action is taken.
